Adam Alfano is a young professional of Washington DC. Started living in DC in 2003 while attending American University. Became head over heels in love with the city and has been here ever since. Having worked at Clyde's as a bartender and server for several years, he has retired to the world of International Development. Still with a passion for food and drink he spends his nights cooking for friends or having drinks in the neighborhood.
