As reported by Robin Leach and VegasDeluxe.com just minutes ago, Vince’s legal team has won the rights to the Feelgood's name, logo, color scheme and any likeness of him. The new owners sent Vince’s attorneys a letter this morning stating that "they will stop using the Feelgood’s logo and remove any likeness to him from the club". They will have to reopen the club using a different name. After unnamed sources from inside they club refused to respond to the previous reports, only saying that “Vince’s statements were all lies”, something he said must have been believable to a judge. Whether or not a business entity has a registered name and/or phrase with the Secretary of State, a registered & certified Federal Trademark and/or Copyright supersedes any and all County, City, Section, and State registrations.
Now Vince is eagerly looking for a new location for Feelgood’s. Right now his priority is on opening the Los Angeles location but then it is back to Sin City. The new club will most likely be even bigger and louder, knowing Vince.

Me and the boys stopped going there long ago because of the terrible service. You know Vince wasn't part of it, it completely changed over the last 2 months.
I saw all the back and forth comments on the Facebook page. You would think that if Vince was just telling lies that someone from the club would contact the Robin Leach guy to tell their side of the story . Why do people think you are the bad guy Kev, all you did was write a story using the info from his story? They are just pissed off cause they lost.
It's a shame, we really liked the whole Motley Crue thing there too but without that, it is just another bar.
EXACTLY. They just changed the name and all the signage to "Count's Vamped". It was REALLY cool to see Keel play there a few months ago but I haven't seen one notable band advertised since.
And your right, without Motley Crue attached to it, it's just another bar. It seems like the only mentionable bands from back in the day that play in Vegas will be at places like the Cheyenne Saloon, The Dive Bar or sometimes at a big venue like The Hilton (where I saw Twisted Sister) or the House of Blues.
I really don't care where the good bands are playing, it just seems like the place that USED TO be Feelgood's features nothing but cover bands (bar bands). I had high hopes and it was in the process of being a cool metal bar... but it (very sadly) fizzled FAST.
Since the new owners or whoever have not disputed any of Vince's claims or have not gone to the person that Vince talked to, to publish their side of the story, you have to think something shady is actually going on there.
Obviously some moron over there doesn't think that a Federal Trademark will not trump a Secretary of State Filing
If it looks/sounds/acts like a duck......................................
Supposedly there is an 'Official' statement on Feelgood's website, after all this time, looking like a formal lawyer's draft too about how they were going to change the name anyway. Are you kidding me, whoever thought of that spin, should look for another line of work. Hmmmmmm, how convenient.
Kev, I know you didnt write the story Bro but from the rumors my boys heard over there, someone is trying to trash your name claiming that you are reporting lies and this whole story is not true. Just an FYI!
That's funny about all the threats and statements of the story being lies, all of a sudden the club isn't called Feelgood's anymore. Guess Robin Leach and the Las Vegas Nightlife Examiner did publish the TRUTH!
