Christie Brinkley looks decades younger than her age, and doesn't rule out getting plastic surgery.

"I'd never say never [to plastic surgery]," Brinkley told People. "But there are so many other non-invasive choices that address sagging, wrinkling and discoloration."

Brinkley, who implied she has not had plastic surgery, said her beauty secrets include "special facials" once a month to smooth out wrinkles.

In 2010, the New York Post reported that Christie got a facelift the day before her daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, got a nose job. Alexa Ray confirmed she got a nose job, allegedly to treat a deviated septum, but Brinkley was coy about her rumored face lift.

"Throughout Christie's career people have speculated that she’s done this or that, which she always chooses to take as a compliment," said her rep. A before-and-after comparison of Brinkley's face in 2009 and 2014 (see photo above) suggests she had something done.

While a celebrity getting plastic surgery is hardly shocking, experts say beautiful older women like Christie should admit their cosmetic enhancements because hiding them does a disservice to "regular" women, who get frustrated they don't look as young despite diet, exercise, and tons of so-called anti-aging lotions.

Everyone knows Brinkley is a natural beauty based on her early modeling photos. Besides, there's nothing wrong with getting surgery if it makes you look and feel better, so why hide it?

And whether she had plastic surgery or not during her 40s and 50s, Brinkley is drop-dead gorgeous, and no amount of surgery can give you a hot body like hers.

Anti-Aging Beauty Secrets: Vegetarian Diet and Yoga

Brinkley said the secret to her youthful physique is a healthy, vegetarian diet (which she has followed since age 12). The age-defying effects of a vegan diet are no surprise to Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center.

"A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention," said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.

Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. "Studies suggest that free radicals [toxic molecules that form in the body] contribute to aging," said Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart. "A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals."

Brinkley also exercises daily, alternating between spinning, running, lifting weights, calisthenics and yoga workouts. Yoga is anti-aging and promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, sculpting lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of the bestseller, Yogalosophy.

Christie said she does 100 push-ups every day and does leg lifts while brushing her teeth. The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl isn't afraid of getting older, insisting a positive attitude is what makes one youthful.

"I don't believe in allowing my age to define me," she said. "And I really believe attitude plays a huge part in how you feel."

"I would be remiss when talking about beauty secrets to not say that one of the best is to care about the world around you. That's what really matters. Even when I'll be sitting here with gray hair and Georgia O'Keeffe wrinkles, people are going to say, 'There is just something youthful about her.'"
