Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn rumors stalled this weekend when the golfer was spotted with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren and their children, fueling speculation that the two may be reconciling, according to a Feb. 23 Daily Mail report. For the first time since their public separation and subsequent divorce, the pair was pictured together looking very serene.
According to TMZ, the couple both showed up for an event in in Jupiter, Florida for a local youth sports organization. Sources told the publication that Woods arrived first with the couple’s children and Nordegren arrived an hour later. The same sources revealed that the couple chatted together for about half an hour before leaving in Nordegren’s car together. According to the source, Woods and his ex-wife “seemed to enjoy each other’s company” at the event.
After a public breakup in 2009 stemming from Woods’ vast array of mistresses, the two have not been seen together in public. Woods is reportedly dating skier Vonn even though neither party has confirmed the relationship. Speculation about their rumored romance rose to fever pitch level when the injured skier was seen boarding his private jet to return to Colorado for her knee surgery.
Though Nordegren has moved on, the Daily Mail reports that the couple’s Jupiter excursion comes just weeks after rumors that Woods has been attempting to win his ex-wife back with a $200 million deal.
According to the National Enquirer, Nordegren will consider reconciling with the golfer, but only if he sweetens the deal even more with a $350 “anti-cheating” clause, which is reportedly more than half of Wood’s estimated $600 million fortune. According to a National Enquirer source, “Tiger didn't even balk at the demand. Even though his accountants think he's crazy, he's ready to sign the pre-nup and set a wedding date.”
