Q: What is a Targeted Individual?
A: A Targeted Individual is someone who is targeted by extreme forms of harassment such as Mobbing, Bullying, Cointelpro, Gang Stalking, etc. The target is specifically singled out for deliberate psychological, social, targeting which has the ability to destroy their lives and livelihoods over time.
Q: How do I know if I am a Targeted Individual?
A: Being a Targeted Individual usually involves:
Deliberate slander and rumour campaigns.
Targeted social exclusion.
Harassment is usually perpetrated by more than one person or entity.
Has the desired goal of ruining and discrediting the target.
Q: What are some of the methods used on Target Individuals?
A: Targeted Individuals should look for a targeted campaign which seems to do one if not all of the following:
Driving the target to suicide.
Financially ruining the target.
Breaking down the targets social relationships, and excluding them from all sources of support.
Slander and rumour campaigns
Efforts to make you seem none credible, a criminal, or unstable.
Q: Do all Targeted Individuals experience the same things?
A: Methods might vary or over lap depending on the targeting used. Eg. Rumour campaigns are often seen across the board in much of the targeting. However not every Targeted Individual will be electronically harassed.
Q: I am being bullied at work. Does that make me a Targeted Individual?
A: It depends on the situation. Being bullying in and of itself does not necessarily make someone a Targeted Individual. However if you find that as you seek help for the bullying you are sabotaged at every turn, and you recognise a deliberate effort of collusion to stop you from getting help, filing a lawsuit, getting a lawyer, going to a tribunal, making your situation public, then you might be a Targeted Individual.
Q: Who can become a Targeted Individual?
A: Anyone can become a Targeted Individual. The perception is that Targeted Individuals are [only] Activists, Dissidents, Whistle-Blowers, however that is not the case. Many Targeted Individuals are just average citizens who for whatever reason realised that there is a deliberate effort of targeting. These efforts often involved:
Extreme slander campaigns. Making the target seem morally contemptible and worthy of their targeting.
Deliberate social exclusion.
Psychological targeting, meant to break down the target over time by inducing anything from a nervous breakdown, to thinking of committing suicide, or even acts of violence.
Financial targeting. Trying to make the target so financially stressed that they can not continue to fight and so they must therefore give up their efforts for justice.
Q: What can be done to stop this?
A: At this stage, awareness has been the key to helping Targeted Individuals: Awareness and acknowledgment that this is in fact happening and that there is deliberate targeting ongoing.
Q: Can't Amnesty International or the ACLU help?
A: Many targets have tried these avenues to seek assistance, only to realise that these organisations are not willing or able to assist them. Many targets have found support from each other, or on forums directed to helping with their causes.

Interesting to find in the LA Examiner. It is a terrible thing to do to someone and to have done to you...obviously. It seems as though people are aware. But there is little information as to the options for a TI since we all know what it is. Also don't understand how can happen in a country that is supposedly as concerned for so many in the world and their suffering. It is as if there is concern until you become a citizen and lose your accent.
Interested in connecting with other TIs. Those who are 'really' TIs going through workplace mobbing, harassment, rumors, etc. TIs like perps come from every aspect of the community...black/white/latino/asian/religious/non-believers/college educated/little education/gay/straight/new members to the country to established citizens. I currently am the target of this crazy lady. It has now been 21 years, and it is escalating. My home has been vandalized hundreds of times. My identity has been stolen and ruined. I have been hauled into court 9 times for lawsuits and one felony, in all she lost, and the felony case I was found not guilty. The jurors even waited in the hallway of the courthouse asking why I was even charged with anything. It was obvious that I has been targeted, and stalked, assaulted in many different ways. They asked me why she was not in jail for all the false police reports, stalking, identity fraud, assault and battery, vandalism, auto theft, the list goes on and on. She even changed the locks on both of my homes many times. Turned off the gas on one home I was away from in the middle of the winter. The water heater and pipes exploded. What a mess. She canceled my car insurance, and got a refund check sent to her. AAA did nothing either. She has tried to obtain my medical records, my father’s medical records.
The one car she stole. When I got it back, it was filled with lots of legal paperwork from others suits she has filed against other people. Along was a copy of her Mental Evaluation from 2004. Holy Cow she really is nuts. It said she suffered from Paranoid Delusional Disorder, along with some other disorders. She was also collection disability, cause she claims to be legally blind. But she still gets a drivers license with no problem.
And where she gets all this money to do all that she does, where does that come from? From what I can find out, she never held a job in her life. She comes from a poverty background.
I finally found others she has done this too. I am number seven. I am the seventh person she has done this too. All the others were harassed till they lost everything, their homes, cars, jobs, friends; even their relatives avoided them in fear of becoming a target.
The police will not protect me. I have only managed to get one restraining order, which expired after a year, and have been unable to obtain another one.
This same crazy lady did this to a woman in the state of Minnesota. This woman with 5 small children had to sell her home, just to pay the attorneys through all the lawsuits and appeals. She finally found a good attorney, who stopped this woman in the State of Minnesota from filing any more lawsuits in that state without a mental evaluation in her hand. She got a lifetime restraining order.
Why won’t my state do this for me?
All they have to do is look into this woman’s past legal history, and see the pattern.
This woman is so crazy she actually bought the identical clothes I wear, the same hair color, same hair-do, same kind of car I drive. Approached all my clients trying to be their new “best friend” I mean this is nuts stuff.
Yesterday, I had to deal with her again. This woman has nothing better to do but show up where I go, follow me, sit down the street and watch my house, broke my motion sensors, my gate, my car, hid weapons in the bushes around my house. One neighbor saw her hiding in another neighbor’s bushes watching my house.
She even filed a quick claim deed on some property, giving it to herself, then on the same day quick claiming it to her son. The prosecutor will do nothing. The police will do nothing. The Attorney General will do no nothing.
What do I do? My neighbors see what is going on, they are afraid of her too, and refuse to get involved. I actually moved to the state of Arizona 10 years ago, she showed up there.
When my father had a massive stroke, I had to return to take care of him. And here she is again. She actually showed up in Guardianship court, trying to say she should have guardianship over him, cause she is his legal wife, which she is not!
How much more nuts can you get. And why can I not get any legal help, and why isn’t this woman in jail!

I believe one of the things they do to a TI is place curses/spells on them. They are operating in the realm of darkness. I have found that the closer I get to GOD the further they get from me. My advise to TIs is make Jesus Christ #1 in your life and make Psalm 35 your prayer.
