What are directed energy weapons? Human Rights info 101

Directed-energy weapons (DEWs) are part of the military electronic warfare (EW) arsenal.

DEW ammunition penetrates walls as easily as mobile or cell phone transmissions do.  This ammunition can be as potent as microwave oven energy. (See: www.CATCH.ca)

Some “through-the-wall” assault weapons applied or tested on non-consenting citizens and applied for in-home torture create odd, loud sounds and vibrations in the target’s home, even making their entire house violently shake as in an earthquake.

Other DEWs deployed today control mind and behaviour followed by amnesia.  Some are instant “fast-kill” if set high.   Target profiles are pre-analysed for physical weaknesses that are often then targeted so symptoms appear natural.

A small sampling of relatively well-known hand-held so-called NLWs deployed today include: “Acoustic Pulse” high-frequency sound pulses causing blunt-object trauma; “Counter Sniper Systems” to pinpoint target and fire within 2 seconds; “Dazzling Laser” to blind the target up to 24 hours; “Obscurants” to disorient and obscure observation; “Optical Munition" flash systems to temporarily blind or disorient; Chlorobenzylidenemalonitrile (CS) gas to disorient; and “Photic Driver” ultrasound flashing infrared lights to penetrate closed eye lids.   DEWs can cause permanent damage or be lethal.

The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC®) serves the Department of Defense community as the largest central resource for DoD and government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business related information available today. The following is what it published for public viewing about directed energy weapons.

DEWs generally refer to weapons that emit energy in an aimed direction without means of a projectile. The energy can be in various forms: laser, microwave, particle beam or sound.

Samples of current DTIC documents pertaining to DEWs issues are listed below. Other resources both within DoD and external to the Department are available mainly to the defence community.

  • Incoherent Combining of High-Power Fiber Lasers for Directed-Energy Applications The wall-plug efficiency for the FEL oscillator and amplifier (uniform and tapered wiggler) are strongly dependent on the energy recovery process. A theoretical model for electron beam dynamics in the energy recovery linac is derived and applied to the acceleration and de-acceleration of nano-Coulomb electron bunches for a tapered FEL amplifier.
  • Kinetic Energy Kill for Ballistic Missile Defense: A Status Overview This report provides a broad overview of the U.S. investment in this approach to BMD. The data on the U.S. flight test effort to develop a national missile defense (NMD) system remains mixed and ambiguous.
  • Advanced High-Power Near-Infrared Fiber Lasers Experiments were conducted to study stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) in optical fibers with a goal of studying its applicability for phase conjugation of radiation from CW lasers, and of using SBS to demonstrate high power fiber lasers by coherent combination of beams from several fiber amplifiers.

"Some “through-the-wall” assault weapons applied or tested on non-consenting citizens and applied for in-home torture create odd, loud sounds and vibrations in the target’s home, even making their entire house violently shake as in an earthquake."

I've been experiencing this for nearly 2 years. It's very hard to capture on video and I'm not certain what really causes it. I have other related events which are consistent with organized stalking. Please keep writing about this, even if it is too late to help me or others of us deeply affected already, we have an obligation to try and help those who will be targeted next.

Anyone who believes that he or she is being targeted by directed energy weapons should see a psychiatrist because he or she is crazy. There is no "targeting" of individuals - why bother?

I was lucky enough to get one of these laser blinding devices on video that was used by uniformed police as they came to my door apparently because they didn't like me exposing the mob in San Diego...
    (won't let me post link)

We also did a show recently with ex military who has experience in these weapons who gave a nice presentation about weapons being used and what we can do about it...

    (won't let me post link)

Mr expert, I invite you to explore this atrocity BEFORE you also become a victim. You will find these links at TruthBrigade dot org.

This "expert" in my opinion appears to be a phony. Directed energy weapons are a well-documented reality. There are scores of videos on the internet demonstrating the use of various types of them. Those in acute denial of their existence are probably those illegally, secretly using them on victims.

I would just add the expert needs to crawl out from under the rock and come up for some air. In Sept 2006 the secretary of the Air Force spoke about using these types of weapon on American citizens on national tv when he made this statement.

The secretary of the US Air Force, Michael Wynne, said recently that new non-lethal weapons like the microwave ADS should be used on Americans before being deployed to places like Iraq.

"If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation," he told CNN.

In closing no nonsense expert will stop us from exposing some of the most horrific crimes in the history of humanity.

"An expert" in less than lethal weapons technology, John Alexander for example, is NOT the same thing as an expert in the CRIMES committed by others using less than lethal technology.

Members of the public who come across discussions of organized stalking and electronic harassment, which includes various directed energy weapons harassment, should realize that unless someone claiming to be an expert has investigated the CRIME, as opposed to the technology, they are not a relevant kind of expert.

I feel the effects of this kind of technology right now, I've seen my facial features distort while looking in a mirror, and right now I feel like my brain is a damaged organ. Help me.

This goes on and the number of people that are willing to go alone with organized stalking and use of these weapons on innocent victims is appalling. This goes on mercilessly. Those who don't believe this are either ignorant or cooperative or both.

Real. No question about it. The real questions should be: why? who is doing it? who wants to help prevent it? who can help remedy it? who wants to pretend its not there and who wants to cover it up? Only then, innocent victims, or anyone, can begin taking preventive measures, or effectively pursue corrective ones. It is true that there are a lot of clueless people who innocently just plainly don't appear to know about this staff, some of them may even be a apart of a system that practices it. I am just beginning to understand that it exists and I am surprised to find out that it affects so many americans (350,000 estimated!) I'd say kudos for the people making good, reliable and forthcoming information like this available on the internet.
