It will be a very special night on Saturday evening at the Grand Theatre in Frankfort, Ky. WFKY radio station will be hosting their third annual St. Jude Jam benefitting the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Performers Greg Bates, Josh Pruno, and Aly'an will be on hand displaying their musical talents. The event is sponsored by David Toles Auto Pro.
Admission is just $5.00 and tickets are available at the Froggy Studios at 115 West Main Street in Frankfort. They will also be available at the door. The door opens at 6:00 p.m. and the show begins at 7:00 p.m.
Headliner Greg Bates is a native of Nashville, embedding himself into the country music scene early on. His top 5 hit song, "Did It For the Girl," has gained attention to get him nominated for Top New Artist with the American Country Awards. His new song, "Fill in the Blank" was recently featured on the hit tv show, "Nashville." Not only is he a talented singer-songwriter, he grew up playing baseball and pursued a career in professional ball. Kentucky duo Aly'an are two young women from small town Burgin. Alyson Burke and Andrea Warner use to compete in local contests before joining together as a duo. They would be selected as one of the only musical acts to perform at the 2012 Vice-Presidential Debate in Danville, Ky.
