War on Women: Illegal alien charged with sexual assault in North Dakota

On Tuesday, Adolfo Ramirez, 47, was arrested by Mandan police after he reportedly molested a woman while she was sleeping.

The victim fell asleep on a couch and awoke to find Ramirez sexually assaulting her. He fled on foot when she began to scream, according to the police report.

Police caught him shortly thereafter.

The woman and her husband allowed Ramirez, the victim's co-worker, to stay with them when they discovered he was homeless, KFYR reports.

Ramirez has been charged with Class A felony gross sexual imposition. He is currently being held in the Morton County Correctional Center on an immigration detainer.

Ramirez is in the country illegally from Mexico, according to the Mandan Police Department.
