Kaley Cuoco, formally known as Bridget from '8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter' and most recently known as Penny from 'The Big Bang Theory' has received criticism in response to the battle with her weight. During the fourth season of 'The Big Bang Theory', Kaley Cuoco was reported to be notably bigger. During an interview, Kaley was very open with her weight gain. She admits that her weight gain was due to just being lazy. Kaley Cuoco claims it takes a big effort to stay slim and keep the figure that the public loves. The actress claims when she gains weight it makes her feel ugly, but she comforts herself by thinking 'there is always tomorrow to start over again and lose weight.'

Kaley Cuoco, aka Penny from 'The Big Bang Theory', loves to eat, especially when it comes to a pepperoni pica, which she can eat by herself. For this reason, Kaley spends much of her time working out and in the gym. Kaley's breakfast consists of oatmeal and vanilla almond milk. She claims if she does not have this breakfast, then by noon she wants to eat everything in sight. If she follows her breakfast, during lunch on set she will bring soup and a salad. This leaves room for her delicious dinner. For dinner she cooks pork chops or turkey tacos.

The young actress states that spinning changed her body for the good. The Big Bang Theory actress says her legs are severely toned and she gets good ab action with spinning. A trick that she uses is to watch herself in the mirror, “Sit in the front row in front of the mirror so you can stare at your fine-ass self as you sweat. It forces you to be accountable and not slack.” Kaley Cuoco says to try and switch it up with different teachers. Personally Kaley does not like teachers who scream. A way to tone the back part of your arm (which Kaley Cuoco claims she hates about herself when not toned), Kaley punches 20-30 times with 2 pound weights while spinning. The photo shows how The Big Bang Theory actress has changed throughout the years. You will notice how her weight fluctuates, but many claim she looks better when she's full figured. Everyone can agree that whether this beautiful actress gains or looses weight, she will still be a gorgeous, talented actress.
