Torture: According to the United Nations Convention Against Torture, torture is: ...any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him, or a third person, information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity.
Psychological warfare, commonly called mind control, constitutes torture. No-touch torture is being applied today in virtual prisons, targeted individual's homes in communities across the nation and the globe.
Mind control no touch torture is "one of the most secretive, disruptive activities ever conducted by government elements and one of the best documented of cover-ups" according to Educate Yourself.

I have been a targeted for 27 years by a Sheriff Dept. in Oneida County New York. I was told by the
current sheriff Daniel Middaugh and a retired capt.of the dept.Karen Szcznesniak that no matter

I am a targeted individual who is being harassed by those who use these new weapons, lasers that penetrate theapartment no matter where I am in my house. they use high pitch sound to make you drowsey and fall asleep and stay asleep while they perform all sorts of perverted things to my body. with me they are focusing on remote sexual stimulation that involves focusing a microwave laser on my anus which feels as though someone is having annal intercourse with me while i'm supposed to be asleep. I have been aware for a long while now but can pretend to be asleep and get so relaxed they thik I,m out. they use amplfied sounds to mimic trafic out side my windows which is quite loud at times. they cause an erection to occur and then they cause me not to be able to feel my erction, but I feel like there is some woman who is transposed into my body who is having orgasms through my sensations. It sounds really like I'm nuts but this is going on. I believe that they are trying to change my sexual identity. I don't know what to do about this and I have not been able to find anything that will block their technologies. I don't know how I have been able to become aware of them because for so long I was having problems with sleeping and other medical problems in my stomach. They follow me around my apartment every where and I believe they are able to see through the walls to know exactly what i'm doing. They can heat my body to very intollerable temperatures, they have made me feel very itchy at times,they make me go to the bathroom often. It's been about a year and most every day they make me have ejaculations where my semen is expelled several times a day. I believe they are trying to make cancer to grow in my system with the organs having little or no fluid to function properly. My family is being attacked also but the do not recognise what is going on. Oh yea they also play music that sounds like satanic demons screaming I don't know what to make of it unless they are part of a satanic cult. What I need to do if
During almost 2 years I am a victim of 'sound torture' after I expressed some critical
things, defending myself.
Group of people (2 or more persons, I don't know, who they are exactly), probably (I
learned on Internet) installed some electronic devices around my apartment. It
produces endless repetitions in time small pieces mostly of Russian songs (I am
Russian) and other music 24 hours a day every day during ~2 years. Doctor in Open
Door Clinic immediately made diagnosis of mental disease (though she did not tell
me it) and prescribed corresponding medicines (on Internet it is in case of
schisofrenia), which I did not take because I know that it is an intentional and criminal activity of some people, who cannot except any crutic in their address. They
are not going to stop permanent torture and occational torture, therefore I want to tell to everybody about their illegal activity toward me, I
cannot tolerate it more. I could not make it known to all people during this 2-year
period of time, because they kept me without cataract surgery more than 1 year until I
became totally blind in both eyes and I could not seek for help.

I think that they somehow recorded these pieces of songs into my brain by
brain-wave-frequency manipulation and use device to activate it. Or they injected in
my blood microscopic chip. Or both. They also control my body functions with
