Mardy Fish - Semifinals
Mardy Fish, 29, American (ranked #8 in the world)
Olympic silver medalist Mardy Fish is a hard court specialist. He has won six Singles titles on the main ATP Tour, and has reached the final of four Masters Series events: Cincinnati in 2003 and 2010, Indian Wells in 2008, and Montreal in 2011. His best result at a Grand Slam tournament has been reaching the quarter final stage at the 2007 Australian Open, the 2008 US Open, and the 2011 Wimbledon. In April 2011, Fish overtook compatriot Andy Roddick to become the American No.1 in the ATP rankings.

“I want it so badly, it hurts” Fish was quoted saying. Beating Nadal in the Cincinnati Quarterfinals should have boosted his confidence. I think this man is capable of pulling more than one upset. Ergo, I see him in the Semifinals – against Djokovic. Kinda like the American sleeper in 2011.
Ana Ivanović– Semifinals
Ana Ivanović, 23, Serbian (ranked #16 in the world)
Former World No. 1 from Serbia Ana Ivanović beat Dinara Safina to win the 2008 French Open and was the runner-up in singles at the 2007 French Open and the 2008 Australian Open. Competing as a professional since 2003, she has won 10 WTA Tour singles titles.

Talent: check. Drive: check. Stroke Power: check. Mental power: Hmmmm. She is a female sleeper for me because she is in a good place right now. She has beaten Top 20 players this year and is ready to show that her new coach is helping her mental game, too. I think the Quarterfinals are possible for Ana.
