Vice President Joe Biden is giddy about the passage of the Health Care bill. So much so, he dropped the f-bomb on live television. The Vice President's slip made Twitter's trending topics list today. Check out video of the special moment below.

Twitter history: The very first US Presidential tweet

The Vice President introduced the President in the East Room. Then he leaned in to embrace the President and then told him, "This is a big f---ing deal."

Twitter users are giddy over the gaffe. The V.P.'s f-bomb has garnered a top spot amongst the Twitter chatter.
