A man who claims he is a "close pal" of Barack Obama while in college stepped up to reveal that during college the President allegedly not only did cocaine, but he also sold it. This information was offered up to the Mitt Romney campaign, which wouldn’t touch it. According to Radaronline on Tuesday October 23, 2012, the man who is offering this story claims there are multiple sources that can back up his claim.
With Donald Trump promising a big reveal on Wednesday, many are wondering if this was it, but since Romney’s campaign had the decency and intelligence not to touch such a potentially libelous claim, chances are Trump wouldn’t either. Romney’s camp didn’t want their candidate smeared with this type of attack campaign.
While this unnamed man was going to write a book about Obama’s alleged cocaine use and distribution of the drug during his college years, there wasn’t enough time before the election he claims. This excuse alone throws up a lot of red flags because Obama has been out of college for decades, so why now and not during his first run for the White House?
While some other politicians might jump at the chance to spotlight a college buddy of Obama’s with this new alleged information on the President, it seems as if Romney doesn’t play that way and thankfully so. It’s time to put a stop to the attacks on good men’s characters, which has become the mainstay in politics today!
