For the last three years, Dizzle, the rescued pit bull belonging to Tori Spelling has been boarded with a dog walker in Los Angeles reported Tuesday's TMZ, however, the shocking headline "Tori Spelling's Dog Won't Be a Dead Dog" shocked the animal rescue world since Spelling has always been known to love all of her rescued pets.

According to the report, Spelling had been boarding Dizzle with a dog walker because the dog was unsafe around the 90210 actress' four young children. The dog's boarding fee of $525 had not been paid, and the dog walker threatened to take Dizzle to the city shelter where the pooch would likely have been euthanized.

Lucky for Dizzle, Much Love Animal Shelter in Los Angeles stepped in and offered to take the dog and find her a suitable new home. For now, Dizzle is safe in a foster home.

Aside from their own rental eviction issues Dean McDermott and Tori have since settled Dizzle's back board.

Best wishes for Dizzle's happy new future home.
