After recently opening the pre-order page for the PC version of “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt,” Amazon has done the same for the PS4 and Xbox One iterations of the same software product. On Monday, the online retailer made the open-world action role-playing game available for reservations on the two next-generation systems.
The pre-order pages for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” hints at some details surrounding its release. The standard edition of the video game were listed, suggesting that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment may be planning to announce a collector’s of limited edition for the software product sometime in the near future.
Both copies were also priced at $59.99, which is the standard price for new releases on the PS4 and Xbox One. However, the PC version of the same game apparently has an official price tag of $49.99, according to Amazon.
“The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” is currently set to come out for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One next year in Europe and North America. Namco Bandai Games will be handling the publishing duties for European countries while the aforesaid Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is responsible for publishing the same game in the North American region.
CD Projekt Red is the development studio behind “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” on all three platforms. The company worked on the prior two games of the role-playing series. You can check out a few screens from the sequel in the slideshow near the top of this article.
