There are some sites that have wished for Apple to eventually prepare a widescreen iPad. The iPhone 5 screen recently went widescreen and now Los Angeles industry analyst Paul Mueller tells us that Apple could be preparing a widescreen iPad.
"I have talked to at least three people close to Apple who say that there are new iPad prototypes that have a 16:9 aspect ratio. They aren't talking about the upcoming iPad mini either," Mueller says. He will have more information in the next couple of weeks.
We talked to our source from Apple, who wouldn't either confirm or deny Mueller's claims. "I haven't really heard much about the iPad 4, but it appears that Apple is no longer against widescreen devices," he hints.
