Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham announced that she was going on “Couples Therapy” for this upcoming season, but unlike other stars, she is going on her own to discuss her personal issues. People were wondering if she would be talking about her parents and her troubled relationship with her mother, but it sounds like she is focusing on her relationship with herself after getting slammed in the press. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Dec. 9, “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham is now revealing that she is going on “Couples Therapy” to deal with the aftermath of her sex tape.

In a brief preview for the upcoming season, Farrah reveals that she isn’t too worried about how people see her after her sex tape. "It's just me having sex" and then tearfully muses "I really need to figure out what the f— I'm doing to myself." Of course, she has also been under the knife several times to "improve" her look, and it sounds like she wants to know why.

One has to wonder if the therapy is indeed the right thing for Farrah. Rumor has it that the couples get money from appearing on the show, so maybe she was doing it for the money. Or maybe she really does want to help herself and get healthy. What do you think?
