School employee wins $25k Publishers Clearing House prize

School is about to be out for the Christmas holidays this December and a school employee has been blessed with time off for the holidays and a whole lot of money to spend during it. Mrs. Theresa Crowder in Gadsden, Al now has some extra shopping money thanks to the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes she entered, netting her $25,000. And a Dec. 12 PCH Facebook post by Danielle Lam, one of the company's prize patrol team members, details how they eventually had to track down this education employee at work in order to deliver her the money on Thursday.

PCH Elite Prize Patrol's Dave Sayer reminds readers and fans of his Facebook page that the winning isn't over yet, and there is still time to get in on the $10,000 a night win by signing up and playing PCH Lotto Twilight. Thus far there are six people named who have won $10,000 in the past six days, and Publishers Clearing House will be giving away $10,000 to four more people through Dec. 14. Winning big begins at 5 p.m. ET and runs through 11:59 p.m. now through Saturday night.

Theresa Crowder may be the most recent winner to be awarded money from Alabama this month, winning her $25,000 from the Port Washington, NY-based company on Thursday, but she is also joined by Annie W. of Camp Hill, Al, who was the first person to win $10,000 in the ongoing PCH Lotto Twilight action.

Alabama's neighboring state Georgia continues to be one of the few states which has yet to be able to boast a PCH Super Prize winner. And from comments on Danielle Lam's Facebook page, it appears that many expect that to change soon. But like they are fond of saying at Publishers Clearing House, "You can't win if you don't enter." And it costs nothing to enter.
