Swedish mannequins with curvy figures cause major buzz online

Swedish mannequins cause a buzz online as they actually have what looks like some meat on their bones, according to Style on Yahoo Thursday, March 14, 2013. These female mannequins that have thicker thighs, rounder bellies and extra weight right down to their ankles are so much more realistic than the stick mannequins usually seen in department stores.

A clothing store in Sweden becomes the hero for stylish women around the world. The mannequins are dressed in skimpy lingerie and they look great. This is a reminder that the average woman is not a size four or six like the usual store mannequins. The average American woman is a size 14.

A blogger posted the picture of the curvy mannequins from a Swedish H&M Store online Wednesday and the response was overwhelming. The photo was shared almost 15,000 times and had gathered over 50,000 likes. Women are liking the idea that these mannequins look more like they do than ever before. Unless you are a supermodel, you too will appreciate seeing clothes on a more realistic body like these Swedish mannequins offer.
