Alpha version 3 has been announced of Supreme Commander 2 mod Supreme Commander 2 0 1 3, available for download now on ModDB.

This update makes many changes to the mod, including increasing the speed of most projectiles and the shooting distance of most units.

From the mod's full description:

A 'scale mod' that changes more than just unit sizes. Basic units have been shrunk in size but now produce much faster. Projectiles shoot farther, and both units and projectiles move at more realistic speeds, so terrain and army composistion are more closely linked. View distances are also augmented. This is a playable Alpha (bre-beta) version of the mod, do not expect it to be bug free or balanced. Full changelog to follow.

This mod is meant to be played with no exclusions, and needs to have DLC enabled. For best playing; In SupCom2's options, "Always Render Strategic Icons" should be set to "Yes", and Strategic Overlay should be turned off. If you know how, set your unit cap to 1000, if you do not know how, search Google for "Supreme Commander 2 1000 unit cap" and hopefully you can figure it out.

For best viewing replays; hold shift to see players build orders, or push ctrl+u to disable the replay interface if you wish to watch the game "cleanly', (no life bars, icons, or build orders) and zoom in close to the action.
