In this upcoming episode, Sheriff Mills, who was last seen earlier this season in "Rock and a Hard Place" helping the brothers with a hunt involving born-again virgins, calls Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) after she kills a vampire who attacked a prisoner, Annie (Katherine Ramdeen). It turns out that Annie was kidnapped by a family of vampires. They use her as bait to lure in humans to feed on, but it's not going to be so easy to save her. Sheriff Mills tries to rescue her from the vampires, but she finds out the hard way that family always comes first. That doesn't sound good.

The "Alex Annie Alexis Ann" photos in the slideshow offers a look at Sheriff Mills back and working with Sam and Dean on "Supernatural." Unfortunately, the photos also tease that this is going to be far from an easy hunt. Sam and Dean may be armed with machetes to kill vampires, but it's probably not going to be that simple.

Sam gets caught and held at gunpoint, but that's not all. He's duct taped to a chair, and there's an IV collecting his blood in a bucket. However, it looks like Dean's going to take care of the vampire who caught his brother. What exactly is going on here? Will they get an explanation from the guy who seems to have his hands tied behind his back and blood on his neck?

"Supernatural" season 9 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on the CW. "Alex Annie Alexis Ann," written by Robert Berens and directed by Stefan Pleszczynski, airs April 22. What do you think of these episode 19 photos?
