There was a supermarket shooting in Lawrenceville, Georgia – a suburb of Atlanta – at a Kroger Supermarket on Monday, and two women were shot, according to Fox News on Monday. Police say that the supermarket was packed with customers who were buying lots of groceries before the next winter storm is about to hit.
After the shooting, Lawrenceville police took two persons of interest in the incident into custody. Greg Vaughn, the spokesperson for the Lawrenceville Police Department, said that the shooting occurred during a fight or argument – but he didn’t have any more details on the incident.
