Most artists dream of having a number one hit. Christian singer/songwriter Steven Curtis Chapman has had 47 of them. In fact, as one of Christian music’s most respected artists, over his 25 years of writing gospel songs, Steven Curtis Chapman has sold over 10 million albums, won five GRAMMY® awards, received 57 Dove Awards, and recorded more than 200 songs on 18 original albums, in addition to charting the 47 No. 1 singles.
As the follow up to his 2012 release "#1’s Vol. 1," Chapman will release "#1’s Vol. 2" on February 12, 2013. "#1’s Vol. 2" features 14 more of his biggest and best number-one chart-toppers, including “For The Sake Of The Call,” “Heaven In The Real World,” “Yours,” and his 2012 number one single “Do Everything.”
Chapman, who resides in the Nashville area, has only released three collections of hits during his quarter of a century as a songwriter and recording artist.
