After appearing in Florida, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Vancouver for the first stint of her domestic The Host book signing tour, Stephenie Meyer has now hit Europe for this week's international phase of her promotional schedule.
For her first stop, she appeared at a photo call in Madrid, Spain today in support of The Host and pictures from the press line for that event are attached in the slideshow.
Meyer will also travel to both London, England and Paris, France this week for signing events before returning to the United States for more bookstore appearances (details here).
The Host hits theaters on March 29 in the United States, but it'll arrive as early as March 22 to Spain and other European markets.
Meyer is said to be currently working on the long-awaited sequel to the 2008 trilogy starter, called The Seeker.
The Host's world premiere will take place on March 19 in Hollywood, California.
