Amazon has updated their product page on Feb. 11 for the multiplatform title, “Sleeping Dogs,” revealing that they are currently offering a substantial discount. The online retailer has slashed 40 percent off of the standard manufacturer’s suggested retail price tag for the console versions of the video game. As a result, you can pick up the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 copies for just $29.99 each with free shipping eligibility. You can check out some screens from the open-world action-adventure game in the slideshow at the top of this article and the deal page from Amazon.com in the following link: “Sleeping Dogs”

“Sleeping Dogs” was developed by United Front Games, the same studio responsible for “ModNation Racers” and “LittleBigPlanet Karting.” The new intellectual property was previously known as “True Crime: Hong Kong” before Square Enix acquired the publishing rights from Activision. “Sleeping Dogs” came out for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, in addition to the PC platform, in North America on Aug. 14, 2012.
