Selena Gomez is joining many other singing sensation celebrities in launching her own "scent-sational" fragrance line and asks for fans help. Britney, Rihanna, and Taylor Swift didn't do that.
She posted a YouTube video asking her fans to choose from a short list of aroma's she has already started. Apparently Gomez has been working on her fragrance line idea for over a year and has chosen these scents for fans to choose from. For top notes, fans can choose from Apple, Raspberry or Melon. Heart Notes are Purple Freesia and Pink Jasmine and base notes are Vanilla and Coconut.
Just in case having a hand in hitting the high notes of this new fragrance, the first the first 100,000 fans to visit Selena Gomez Perfumes online and vote on the favourite fragrance will receive a free sample before it is available in stores. Ten more votes will have an expense paid trip to help Selena make her final selection.
"This process is going to take some time but, who better to help me decide what this scent should be then those of you who will be wearing it," she previously wrote on her Facebook page."
Selena admits to Access Hollywood
"[Girls] want to smell good for the boy they like at school, or for a crush. That's what the main thing is!" she says. "My perfume, right now, I want it to be really romantic,." "I want it to be sweet and sophisticated."
Justin seems to agree,
"I thought that girls are going to like something that a guy will like, so I modeled it off of something I would like a girl to smell like," Bieber told Jay Leno in October about his record-breaking perfume, Someday.
