Secretly forced brain implanted targets inspired to survive

Exposing Earth's dark underbelly of no-touch torture and slow-kill, Kansas man courageously battles to win his case for others, especially secretly forced brain implanted children 

Struggling to survive a crime reporters avoid, police will not touch, and friends repel as lepers knew long ago, Mr. Walbert's faith, hope and charity has inspired millions of learners and an untold number of other persecuted innocent Targeted Individuals (TIs) to survive the same cruel and inhumane treatment he endures, despite five secretly forced implants in his head used to daily torture and slow-kill him.

"We only need what makes us stronger in life, and not what is already bringing us down," says no-touch tortured[i] Mr. James Walbert. [ii]

Shackled in a technological invisible prison, Mr. Walbert courageously lighting Earth's darkest underbelly where a most evil human rights abuse is daily injuring an untold number of other innocent “war on terror” victims subjected to a "crime of profit and revenge."

Among an estimated 350,000 American victims[iii] of a “scandal” that has “much in common with another national security issue, neuroweapons,” commonly called mind control,”[iv] Mr. Walbert is the first to have electronic harassment recognized in a U.S. court of law. He is championed by Missouri State Representative Jim Guest.

Brain implanting with tiny transmitters, including implanting children asleep in their beds after unforced break-ins, when visiting dentists, or during surgery in hospitals -- without knowledge or consent has been occurring since 1974[v]. Often inserted through nostrils or ears, these chips operate using two-way radio communication[vi], after penetrating the brain, the radio wave is processed in a system connecting neurological functions to a computer, called singularity.[vii] Afterwards, mental activity, biological processes, sensory function -- the Targeted Individual’s entire life -- are laid bare for state inspection and control[viii], in violation of each human right.[ix]

The human right to privacy is the right to individual autonomy, violated when states interfere with, penalize or prohibit actions which essentially only concern the individual. The right to privacy encompasses right to protection of a person’s intimacy, identity, name, gender, honour, dignity, appearance, feelings and sexual orientation and extends to home, family and correspondence. 

Experiencing 24-7 rights violations including physical invasion of his brain, how does Mr. Walbert live, much less inspire thousands other covertly chipped victims of this unspeakably evil crime that exploded with impunity after 9/11? How does he maintain any sense of normalcy knowing an intruder can enter his bedroom any night as he sleeps, completely sedate him, and induce amnesia, as evidenced one night in February 2007 during a 48-hour procedure? How does he stay in his greatness while implants in him are accessed daily to torture and slow-kill him?

In one of the most inspiring interviews by this writer, James Walbert, 40, answered those questions in email and phone interviews during holiday season 2011.

Faith, hope and charity

Born in Gary, Indiana, now resident of Wichita, Kansas, inventor of coveted health and security patents, Mr. Walbert admitted, “My personal life has suffered great loss due to this crime against me.”

“Theft, abuses and sexual crimes are elements of this criminal act against us who are targeted,” Walbert says, as his famous private investigator, Mr. William Taylor concurs.[x]

Despite no-touch tortured, the creator of health and safety inventions spoke of a paradox for which he is thankful.

“I look at the loss as a point of true gain in this crime.”

“This crime” is lethally targeting innocent people, TIs, listed for covert, daily persecution through in-home and community harassment, injury, kidnapping and assassination – usually via secret high-tech means, including weaponry. This human rights violation exploded like a deadly superbug across America after 9/11. The then new war on terror has seemingly justified the crime, despite, or more accurately, because its victims are not only innocent, but also among “America’s best,” as Taylor has explained.

Not “with” the 1%’s criminal status quo, thus “terrorists,” Mr. Walbert was among the TIs who courageously presented their extreme human rights abuse cases to President Obama's Bioethic Commission in February, 2011.

Societal rejection of TIs parallels that of leper treatment in days of old. Attempting to expose covert, relentless, criminal assaults on them is insurmountable for most and cause for deep despair for many. Anguish of induced mind control results in suicidality for some, such as the TI who put a loaded gun in her mouth two months ago and pulled the trigger.

“Much of what the public should know about this issue has gone unreported or uninvestigated,” states scholar Cheryl Welsh.[xi] These societal failures coupled with perpetrator threats and rumors keep the target isolated and thus more vulnerable for assaults.

Even closest family members and friends forsake TIs, as raped victims’ were in a bygone era. With no support by people unaware of the crime, most TIs live in a new-science invisible solitary confinement, designed to exclude any moral, emotional or physical support. The expressed hope of each of the thousands of TIs who have contacted this writer, is for the crime to be exposed.

Answering the cry for help of those suffering in this high-tech crime wave and never giving up on sharing hope and evidence-based information about this crime with those willing to hear, Walbert has been interviewed on 15 radio programs. In one alone, he reached 3-5 million listeners in 146 countries. 

On managing induced solitude of this well-hidden crime, seemingly too sophisticated for general public comprehension unless revealed on Television, Walbert said, “I look at this as a point of gain, losing only the weak who’d have only fallen and left me standing at a far more important time in my life when I’d have needed them most.”

“So, it has been beneficial, for we only need what makes us stronger in life, and not what is already bringing us down.”

Has Walbert ever felt so much despair from unwanted intrusions to his body, mind and life that he cried?

Without hesitation, his answer to that was, “No, not at all, only prayed for those conducting this crime against me. It's they who are weak in this fight.”

“It’s just all the waiting for everything to fall into place; that’s what is hard to do.”

Going public, however, has been tough for Mr. Walbert, something high-profile implanted targets, including celebrities, find too difficult according to Mr. Taylor, who has urged they do so for sake of all these victims suffering in silence.

Unlike Mr. Walbert, the rich and famous who have been implanted against their will remain in the closet, “protecting their credibility,” according to Mr. Taylor who has encouraged them to help expose the crime.

Mr. Walbert says, “Now, I'll also have to stay public. I’d chosen not to do that, but now, I have no choice."

In so doing, Mr. Walbert has gained support for his pending surgical removal of his implants and subsequent court representation with needed evidence.

“My inventions would have made me famous in their field, and maybe in the public eye, but not quite like this!” he stated. “But if one can be credited with great achievements in life, that makes it all worth while.”

As most TIs experience, Mr. Walbert’s daily struggle revolves around induced financial crippling through theft, internet hacking, workplace mobbing and any other covert tactic to neutralize keep the target vulnerable for more abuse. he says that too survive, he views the crime in light of the worst economical crash in United States history.

“I’ve had to learn to guard everything of mine all the time, just to keep as mine and not allow someone else to steal what I have.”

Consistently, TIs report that once the satanic, never-ending persecution program begins on them, nothing is sacred: least of all privacy and personal belongings. Perpetrators spy or “stalk” using technology to take what and when they want.

“That’s the worst, realizing just how many horrible people you have around you, ready to take full advantage of you at drop of a hat. This crime made me notice them and just how close they were. This crime has basically thinned out all the snakes in grass.”

The most frustrating and challenging part of Walbert’s targeting he says, has been his trying to “get one of the perpetrators to face him.”

“No one will, no matter how hard I’ve tried,” he said. “All offending parties stay hidden at all costs."

Nevertheless, “even with the huge amount of support and credibility that this case has, they just don't give up!” he said, referring to endless 24/7 monitoring and unwanted intrusions to which targets are subjected.

He also attributes “having the amount of professionals that are working the case," a tribute to him that has resulted from his methodical record keeping leaving no stone unturned so that over a dozen professionals in various related fields are advocating for him and helping to expose what he calls a horrible crime against men, women and children.

“I have the best line of professional's fighting with and for me. Just look at their backgrounds and strong points,” he said.[xii]

Has he ever felt fear?

“Not really,” he said. “I know we will win this time around for sure,” he said, referring to his upcoming surgical removal of the implants and then, with the extra evidence going to court again.

How does Mr Walbert maintain his bravery and can-do attitude?

“I chalk it all up to Christ and His plan in my life,” he says, asserting he seeks not fame or fortune from the crime against him.

“Ability to really expose this crime into any creditable light at all has kept me going. Just knowing what I’m doing really is making a difference n someone else's life; that’s a great feeling."

Because of Mr. Walbert’s courage, millions of people worldwide have learned about his remarkable story of survival against all odds and that his covertly inserted implants are more common than imaginable. He has agreed to radio interviews with professionals such as William Taylor, State Rep Jim Guest, Dr. John Hall, Elected Public Official David Larson, Inventor Bob Boyce and Melodee Helett. Before hearing Mr. Walbert, most listeners had never been exposed in creditable manner to the secret crime.

“Knowing what I’m doing is going to keep another victim out of harm’s way or give them creditability for their family and friends makes it worth while."

Speaking with lump in throat, Walbert said, “The whole point of this exposure is for all the children suffering through this crime,” referring to child experimentation and sexual assault after covertly implanted by dentists and medicos without informed consent.

“Those abuses must be exposed at all costs. If I can stop this crime against just one child, then I’ve done my job in full.”
