The number one network, ABS-CBN, is now celebrating its 60 Years in the industry. Everyone is invited for the two-day event being held at the Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City. The network started the event this morning, Oct. 5, 2013 (Philippine time) and as expected, the memorial circle has become crowded due to the thousands of people attended the event.
The noontime variety show hosts of It's Showtime, have also joined the event. They brought the smile and laughter to the people outside their comfort zone. A lot of money have been given away to the participants of "This Is Your Movie" (or BALIW-ANN Cinema Presents: Cine Mo'to in Filipino translation) a segment encouraging the live studio audience to act and join the fun for them to win lots of money.
Meanwhile, the longest-running musical variety show in the Philippines, "ASAP 18," is also set to bring its artists to the memorial circle tomorrow afternoon. Its performers are now rehearsing thoroughly just to give their contribution to the event orderly. The pop princess is one of the performers on "ASAP 18" tomorrow afternoon. A tweet said she is now rehearsing her production number on the center stage together with her fellow artists in the number one network.
Aside from her friends and fellow singers, the pop princess has also had the chance to see Gerald Anderson, her rumored-ex-boyfriend, on the center stage while rehearsing her opening number for "ASAP 18." If you will notice, there is a red line in the above photo. The man circling the red line is Gerald Anderson, he is standing at the back of Sarah Geronimo. Based on his position, he is trying to find the right angle to see Sarah Geronimo closely.
