On Sunday, police in Worcester arrested Jhonny Jeres, 20, after he reportedly raped a young girl multiple times over the last several months. The sexual assaults took place between January 1, and August 8, according to court documents.

The victim, was 11-years-old when the abuse began, when Jeres kissed her and groped her breasts, the girl told investigators.

Mass Live reported:

During separate dates in early June, late July and on Aug. 8, the victim reported Jeres had sexual intercourse with her, according to court documents.

Jeres has been charged with three counts of statutory rape, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and trespassing. He is currently being held at the Worcester County Jail on an ICE detainer.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Jeres is in the country illegally from Ecuador.

Of course, the entire state of Massachusetts has become a haven for illegal alien criminals, under the leadership of Gov. Duval Patrick (D). In June 2011, Patrick banned localities throughout Massachusetts from participating in the Secure Communities program, which reports illegal aliens in local jails to federal authorities for possible deportation.

After initially voicing support for Secure Communities, Patrick held a series of town hall meetings across Massachusetts, in which large numbers of Latinos (both legal and illegal) expressed their anger over the program.

Patrick told reporters: "We run a serious risk of ethnic profiling and frankly fracturing incredibly important relationships in communities that are important for law enforcement."

On August 11, Mexican national, Rafael Jahuey Cazuela, 34, was arrested for repeatedly raping a girl under the age of 13, over a two-year period.

Cazuela has been charged with first-degree child rape and indecent liberties with a child. He is currently being held at the Wake County Detention Center on an ICE detainer.

While the Obama administration sued the state of Arizona when legislators, fed-up with the costs and crime plaguing that border state, passed SB1070, Obama has never lifted a finger to punish state and local officials who refuse to cooperate with federal immigration laws by protecting foreign criminals from deportation.
