Safer Internet Day 2014 will be celebrated on February, 11th, 2014. The tagline for the campaign is “Let’s create a better internet together”.

Safer Internet Day is an international education and awareness-raising effort spanning more than 100 countries around the globe. Connect Safely, who is recognized for their educational resources and informational articles for parents, students, teachers and communities regarding digital safety, is hosting Safe Internet Day in the United States.

With the latest study from PEW Research stating that 95% of teens have access to the Internet, 80% of kids have cell phones and 48% have data plans, providing a safe cyber-space should be a priority for all parents.
