There are only a couple of days left to submit your photos for Royal Purple’s 4th annual “Show It Off at SEMA contest. Submissions can be sent to the Royal Purple Facebook fan, at page https://www.facebook.com/OfficialRoyalPurple before fan voting begins this Friday. The final round of judging will be held Aug. 5-9.
This year’s judging panel includes last year’s winner Mark Fields (who took honors with his 1969 Chevy Camaro), as well as the 2013 “Show It In Las Vegas” Royal Purple Ladies Feature Vehicle contest winner Carrie Strange,. and a variety of personalities from the automotive, motorsports and entertainment industries, such as: Jeff Thisted, Discovery Channel’s television show Rods ‘N Wheels; Townsend Bell, IndyCar and TUDOR Sportscar Championship driver and TV personality; Tim “Skrape” Katz, VP and co-founder, Authentic Brands Group LLC., TAPOUT LLC; The winner to be announced on August 11th will have the opportunity to have his or her car displayed at the SEMA show outside the Las Vegas Convention Center this coming Nov. 4-7.
“This is a great way to give one of our enthusiasts the chance to show their vehicle to a worldwide audience,” exclaimed Royal Purple marketing specialist Marlena Solomon. “The winners we’ve had from previous years have set the standard high for the vehicles we host, so I’m looking forward to seeing what this year brings.”
The winner of the photo contest will also receive paid registration to the SEMA Show as a “feature vehicle,” as well as hotel accommodations (restrictions apply), Royal Purple products, Royal Purple apparel and an invitation to attend a winner’s dinner hosted by Royal Purple, according to a press release.
