Ringo Starr's website has updated the confirmed stops on the summer tour of Europe and added several to the list. They now include Moscow, St. Petersburg, Manchester, Glasgow, Bournemouth, Lyon, Bournemouth and Rome.
Here's the list as it stands now. Ringo's site, which also has ticket links, says more dates will be added:
