“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice has put too much trust into her husband, who has been doing all of the business dealings in his name. However, he has been accused of signing his business partner's name on some documents, which he was later charged with. And he is now revealing that he may have used his wife's name on the documents, which has landed her in hot water. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Sept. 1, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice will now have more time with her children because her trial date has been postponed.
The trial is scheduled to start on Oct. 28 rather than Oct. 8, which was the original trial date. The judge decided to move the trial because of a conflicting case. Joe Giudice has been rather lucky, since his legal dates seem to be pushed around all the time. Thus far, he has not really been faced with any consequences based on the charges he is facing.
Judge Gooden Brown agreed, but not before getting in a little dig at the reality star. “I’m sorry. I don’t watch the show,” the judge said after revealing that he doesn't want the show. Even though he is facing some serious charges, it sounds like his lawyer is confident that he won't get the maximum penalty. Miles Feinstein doesn't think that Giudice will be charged with anything, revealing, “As I’ve said from the beginning of this case, the plea and the charges in this case are disparate because of Joe’s so-called ‘celebrity.'”
