‘RHONJ’ star Joe Giudice admits to forging his wife’s name on documents

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Joe Giudice and his wife Teresa Giudice have been through quite a bit over the years, especially since they have fought everything from Giudice’s identification fraud case, and accusations of infidelity. But it sounds like this upcoming battle could be the thing that tears them apart. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Aug. 1, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Giudice could be taking the fall for his wife during this upcoming legal battle because he has admitted to forging her signature on important documents.

When the two were indicted last week, they obtained separate lawyers. If they did stand together as a united front, one can imagine that they would have the same legal team. It sounds like Giudice is ready to admit that he could have more responsibility in this case than his wife. In 2007, he did admit that he “might have” forged his wife’s name on some documents and now he has to deal with those consequences.

“It’s foolish to have the same attorney if one person has more liability than the other. The person with less liability should have their own attorney to protect their interests,” Giudice’s lawyer has revealed. “If one party is totally innocent of the crime or crimes and they don’t have their own attorney, there’s always the chance they could get bullied by their spouse and end up on the wrong side of the law.”

It sounds like Giudice is ready to take the entire fall, which means his wife could be staying out of jail and with the four daughters.

What do you think of him forging her name on documents?
