“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville may have written a book about being drunk and making questionable decisions, but it sounds like the book is actually very true to the way Brandi behaves. She has been traveling all around the country to promote her book and earlier this week, Brandi stopped by Dallas where she also filmed an episode of “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen. And he was shocked when she was honest about her condition at the book signing. According to a new Radar Online report released on March 12, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville admitted that she was drunk at her recent book signing in Dallas.
Andy Cohen asked Brandi if she had gotten drunk prior to the book signing and she replied, “No.” She quickly then clarified by explaining, “I actually didn’t come to my book signing drunk, I left there drunk.” The statement seemed to have confused Andy, who then said, “Oh, OK. You got drunk AT the book signing.” And that's when Brandi admitted that she may have gotten drunk at the book signing because of the lack of food. “We didn’t eat all day,” Glanville explained. “We had two book signings. By the end of the day, it was a sh*t show. But we hadn’t eaten all day, and they’re giving me rose, and I’m like ‘this is great’ and I’m signing.. I’m like ‘whoa!’ By 5 o’clock I was hammered. No food, just rose… I got through the whole line. There was like, 400 people,” she added.
And Brandi's story is similar to that of an eyewitness, who revealed that Brandi was very much drunk at the book signing. “Brandi had at least three big glasses of white wine. She started slurring her words and acting very, very silly. Brandi tried to turn on her inner-sex kitten and use a breathy Marilyn Monroe voice, but she just sounded ridiculous. Brandi wasn’t eating anything, and one of her staffers was bringing her the drinks. The book signing was extremely successful, and it was very well attended. It was an odd choice to have the book signing in a bar; was Barnes & Noble not available,” the source revealed.
