“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey has shared her health struggle on the show, as she revealed that she had fibroids. It slowed her down, made her gain weight and completely disrupted her sex drive. She revealed a pouch on the show, which made people think that she was pregnant with her second child. But it sounds like the surgery she had helped her out. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Jan. 2, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey is now revealing a major weight loss.

She shared the surgery on the show and it sounds like she is thrilled about the results. The weight came right off after the surgery, she has revealed that her energy levels are high and her sex life with Peter is the best it’s ever been. But she didn’t share the weight loss until recently.

Cynthia captioned the transformation picture, “Live healthier in 2014. I'm loving genovive.com @calibere #healthyliving.” In the after-photo everything about her is slimmer: her face, her arms, and especially her stomach. And she is even sporting the same dress in both pictures, which is helping out in terms of doing the before-after analysis.

What do you think of her new look?
