Masachika Kawata has provided a comparison between “Resident Evil: Revelations” and the two latest mainline games in the series, “Resident Evil 5” and “Resident Evil 6.” According to a report by Gaming Everything on Feb. 3, the producer revealed that players won’t be able “massacre enemies by the dozen” in “Resident Evil: Revelations” like they could in the fifth and sixth main titles. However, the three games do share one element in common: characters trying to escape from “extreme survival situations”. You can check out some screens from “Resident Evil: Revelations” and “Resident Evil 6” in the slideshow at the top of this article.
“Resident Evil: Revelations” was first released for the Nintendo 3DS on Feb. 7, 2012. The high-definition port will feature enhanced graphics and come with several new contents.
