Rescued dog adopted, now in need again after owner loses her home

Libby, a five-year-old Doberman mix, was adopted from a rescue agency to an adoring guardian in southern Calif.

Unfortunately, life took a for the worse and Libby's guardian lost her home. The logical next step would be for Libby to go back to the rescue agency from which she was originally adopted, but according to Libby's owner, the rescue refused - telling her that they were too full.

Libby's adoptive mom found a neighbor to take her in, but a family member at her new home fell ill and once again, circumstances changed enough that Libby was not able to stay.

Today, Libby is in desperate need of a new home. The following information has been shared about this pretty girl:

Libby is a petite 5-6 yo Doberman/Shar Pei mix, affectionate, loving, cuddly, house broken, micro chipped, UTD, good with dogs and people including children, not sure about cats!

Anyone with questions, or who is interested in offering Libby a foster home - or better yet, a permanent home, is asked to email Angel at:

Libby is currently located in San Jose, Calif.
