Randall Rudy "Randy" Quaid is an actor in film, stage and TV and a comedian. He is best known for his many comedic, non-comedic and "save the day" roles - in other words, he has always been a very flexible actor covering all genres. He is older brother to actor Dennis Quaid (Hillary Clinton HBO).
Some film roles are in the National Lampoons Vacation movies, Independence Day (1996), Kingpin (1996), Brokeback Mountain (2005), and the CBS miniseries Elvis (2005).
Quaid won the Golden Globe Award, and has been nominated for the Academy Award, Emmy Award and BAFTA Award.
