Pure Barre offers free class to significant others on Valentine's Day

Speaking of Valentine's Day fitness date ideas, here's a great one -- and it's free! On Monday, February 14, Pure Barre members are encouraged to bring their significant others to join them in a class at no charge.

Even though Pure Barre classes are typically comprised of women, men will also find this workout challenging. Just because the weights are lighter than what you might normally use doesn't mean you won't be feeling the burn! Take this as an opportunity to experience the workout your wife or girlfriend goes through every week; you might leave with a deeper appreciation of the class and of your lover's dedication to the format. That kind of appreciation goes a long way, especially on Valentine's Day.

This offer applies to all classes at any Pure Barre location on February 14. (There are seven classes on Monday at the Cherry Creek location alone!) You must sign up in advance online or by calling your studio of choice.
