Prison for Miss Teen USA extortionist: Teen cyberstalker sentenced in Calif.

Prison is the destination for the Miss Teen USA extortionist. Young computer whiz Jared James Abrahams pled guilty last fall to three counts of extortion and one count of unauthorized access to a computer in what has been called a "sextortion" case. On March 17, the 19-year-old was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison according to news that comes a number of source, including the Associated Press via Yahoo! News.

By way of background, Abrahams was said to have attempted to force various females to send him nude photographs via the Internet. He also allegedly wanted these unsuspecting women to undress in front of a video camera by threatening his victims with extortion tactics.

To accomplish this, the young man reportedly hacked into various computers owned by this selection of girls. Among them was Cassidy Wolf, who won the crown of Miss Teen USA in August of 2013.

In what is probably not a coincidence, Cassidy and Jared James attended high school at the same time.

And so, prison is the place where Jared James Abrahams of Temecula, Calif. is headed after hacking into the computer of Miss Teen USA Cassidy Wolf and others while trying to extort them.

Not only that but, the teen tech whiz who has admitted he is guilty of his crimes probably won't be privy to current technology while he's locked up in the big house for the next year and a half. At least that is the hope.
