Just one day after winning the Miss USA 2010 title, Rima Fakih's reign may be in trouble after racy photos of the sexy Arab-American doing a pole-dance on stage surfaced online.
In the pictures, Fakih leans seductively against a stripper pole on stage while sporting a baby-blue tank top and red short-shorts. The event was sponsored by Mojo In the Morning, a syndicated morning radio show based in Detroit.
PAGEANT OFFICIALS CONTACTED RADIO STATION
Rachel Giordano, an executive producer at Mojo In The Morning, tells Examiner the station was contacted May 17 by representatives of the Miss Universe organization (which owns the Miss USA pageant), seeking more photos and additional information regarding Rimah Fakih's involvement in their Stripper 101 contest. .jpg)
RIMA DIDN'T TAKE CLOTHES OFF
For the event, real-life strippers teach female fans now to strip tease and pole dance. At the end of the evening, a winner is selected.
In 2007, Fakih was the grand prize winner, walking away with jewelry, gift cards, adult toys and a stripper pole for home use.
The event was attended by women only and Fakih did not remove any clothing. The photos have been on the Mojo In the Morning website for three years.
RADIO SHOW: WE HAVE MORE PHOTOS
When producers asked pageant officials if Fakih's Miss USA title was in danger, pageant reps declined to answer. Mojo In The Morning confirmed it will not release any more photographs and hopes that Donald Trump does not ask Fakih to relinquish her crown.
"[Miss USA officials] asked for any unreleased photos that we have," say producers. "We do have a few, but we're not sending them out. The photos from our website are no more provocative than those on the Miss USA website."
FAKIH LISTED DANCING AS A FAVORITE ACTIVITY
As previously reported, the stunning 5'8" Rima runs, kickboxes and dances to stay in shape. While she never disclosed whether pole-dancing was her choice of dancerize, fitness experts say pole-dancing is an excellent workout that burns lots of calories and leans out the body.
Indeed, many Hollywood starlets take pole-dancing classes to tone up, saying it's an intense and effective workout. Actresses Angelina Jolie, Teri Hatcher and Kelly Ripa all have done pole-dancing workouts to stay fit.
Fakih, 24, made history as the first Muslim and the first Arab-American to be named Miss USA. A graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Rima eventually plans to attend law school.
Miss USA officials did not return calls requesting comment.

Comments
At one time, Miss USA was to reflect the values of he girl next door, serving as a role model for the country. At one time Miss USA was an ambassador of good will to all that was right with America. This pageant reflects: neither the values of the girl next door, fails as a role model, and fails to speak about what is right about America. Donald Trump, YOU ARE FIRED!!!
