Nicki Minaj is hosting a big New Year’s Party on Monday night for her fans. With tickets sold out and people hoping to catch of glimpse of the star, it appears that there was a bit of a hysteria when word got out the entertainer was shopping hours prior to the club event. Nicki Minaj was shopping at the Versace store at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace on Monday afternoon and the fans immediately rushed in to see her.
The area, a typical mall setting wasn't normal when the star was in the store. There was a sea of people cramming against the windows watching every move of the entertainer as she looked at all the items on display. While most of the fans just wanted a picture, it appears there was plenty of pushing and shoving as people hoped to get a perfect shot. Some reports even suggested the yelling by the fans was so intimidating that extra security was needed to get the star out of the store safely.
The star did arrive back at her hotel safely and the fans finally did go home. The entertainer probably was relieved as she needed to get ready for the big New Year’s Eve bash in Las Vegas at the PURE Nightclub inside Caesars Palace. The star was ringing in the New Year with fans that came from around the world to celebrate the New Year with their favorite artist.
