Arthur "Terry" Newmyer blames Sidwell Friends School -- the very same school attended by the Obama daughters -- for allowing is wife, Tara Newmyer, to carry on an affair with James F. Huntington, Psy. D., a former school psychologist.
"Because it involved Sidwell Friends School and sexually explicit emails and adultery," said one Cleveland-area mom, "this story has the potential to break wide open"
Indeed -- searches for photos and more information about the players in this not-so-lovely love triangle are breaking forth online in the hours after Mr. Newmyer first filed his $10 million lawsuit against the school for what he claims is collusion of sorts.
An astute reader found the following statement on a law website regarding the woman in the centery of the controversy.
"Tara Mehrbach Newmyer and husband Terry welcomed daughter [redacted] to their family on October 15. Newmyer reports that she is no longer practicing with Dickstein Shapiro due to the birth of [daughter]," says the Virginia Law website.
The dates line up, with the July 2004 ending date of the law firm position indicating the birth time of a child that would be approximately 6 years old now.
A resulting search for "Tara Newmyer" Dickstein Shapiro LLP in Google Images turns up this photo from LinkedIn.
However, images of the males involved in the lawsuit aren't as readily found.
A search for "James Huntington" coupled with "Sidwell Friends" in Google Images doesn't readily turn up any photos of the man in the center of the cheating controversy and allegations.
A search for James F. Huntington, Psy. D. brought similar results, with only listings of the former Sidwell Friends psychologist in directories, with no photos.
Even a photo search for "Terry Newmyer" or Arthur Newmyer in Google Images has not turned up conclusive results, though a LinkedIn photo and profile of a Florida position does appear, and the lawsuit mentions that "Terry wanted the family to stay in Florida but Tara wanted to move .." and lists a Florida address for the plaintiff, with additional reports indicating a move to the Northern California area.
Update: Examiner.com received the following information on Friday, May 13, 2011: The Terry Newmyer that moved from FL to N CA is a different person than the Terry Newmyer in the DC lawsuit. The pictures [in Google images] of Terry Newmyer are the N CA person.
