The heartbreaking photo of the little doxie mix puppy named Wren shows the raw desperation and fear one young dog feels as he hopelessly tries to crawl into the corner so no one can see him.

This male doxie mix is barely a year old, and needs a foster, rescue, or adoptive home immediately.

A Facebook page following Wren's plight can be accessed by clicking here as humane advocates and volunteers pledge funds for his rescue to an approved organization. Volunteers from Partners with Clayton County Animal Control are helping to share information and continue to advocate for the animals at Clayton County Animal Control.
