Megan Fox is hotter than ever after debuting her dramatic weight loss on a low-carb Paleo diet, but admitted life after her second baby hasn't been much fun, E! reported.

In an addition to drastically reducing her carb intake, Fox confessed her sex life has been nonexistent, and she gave up smoking cigarettes and alcohol. Her only vice is coffee, which she only drinks once a day.

"Brian [Austin Green] doesn't get any intimacy whatsoever," said Megan. "My [2-year-old son Noah] sleeps in bed with us, so there's really no way."

Sex isn't the only thing Fox has cut back on after giving birth in February 2014.

"I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates," she said. "No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day. I don't have any cheat days, but if I did, it would be pizza or cake."

Megan also used her iron willpower to give up smoking cigarettes. "I gave up smoking cold turkey," she said. "I'm one of those people where when I'm committed, there's no stopping me. So, I did it and after about a week, it repulses me. Like, there's bread over there and never again would I put that in my body."

Lost 23 Pounds After First Pregnancy in Record Time

Given Fox's incredible self-discipline and track record, it's not surprising she lost her baby weight in record time. In 2012, Fox regained her pre-baby body just two months after giving birth to her first son, Noah. Megan gained just 23 pounds during her first pregnancy and shed the weight quickly by following the low-carb, dairy-free Paleo diet.

The Paleo diet emphasizes high-quality animal proteins such as grass-fed beef and bison, healthy fats like coconut oil, vegetables, and excludes gluten, sugar, dairy, legumes, starches, alcohol and processed foods.

The Paleo diet is the most popular diet around today, and has a huge celebrity following, including Tim McGraw (who credits it for his jaw-dropping 40-pound weight loss), Joe Manganiello, Kellan Lutz, and supermodel Adriana Lima.

Research suggests the low-carb Paleo diet promotes weight loss and prevents cancer, diabetes, epileptic seizures, and Alzheimer's. TV star Jack Osbourne and singer Chad Vaccarino both use the Paleo diet to treat their multiple sclerosis.

Fox's longtime trainer, Harley Pasternak, said Megan's pregnancy workouts also contributed to her speedy post-baby weight loss. Fox's workouts combine cardio exercise with strength-training and stretching.

Kristin Cavallari Credits Paleo for 20-Lb Weight Loss In 2 Months

Megan isn't the only celebrity who has lost baby weight quickly with the Paleo diet. TV star Kristin Cavallari credited the Paleo diet for her 20-pound weight loss just two months after giving birth to her second child.

"We eat a ton of veggies, chicken, grass-fed beef, bison and fish," said Cavallari. "We also love sweet potatoes and brown rice pasta."

Kristin said her breakfast is usually a smoothie, oatmeal or eggs, while lunch is a salad or turkey sandwich. Kristin also snacks most afternoons, enjoying nuts with dried cherries, chips with hummus, or an apple with almond butter.

Cavallari also makes sure to eat healthy Paleo-approved fats such as avocados, olive oil and coconut oil. "I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything," she said.
