They’re back, they’re back – PABU Izakaya is back after emergency repairs to the interior. PABU’s reopening party, as with all their events, are fun and done with panache. PABU invites the public to join the reopening party celebration on Friday, March 7th – 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
At the reopening event, guests will enjoy music from local DJ Jay Gray, savor new menu items and explore PABU’s extensive beverage options. The event will offer guests the first taste of PABU’s new spring cocktails, in addition to a full beverage menu, a sake station and various specials. Cost per person is $30 (excludes tax & gratuity) Cash bar.
Upon arrival guests will be welcomed by Japanese Taiko Drummers. Executive Chef Jonah Kim will feature some of his favorite menu items including the Okonomiyaki, Chirashi, fried chicken, vegetable croquettes, vegetable ‘crudite’ and pork loin with Kimchi Rice. Dessert will highlight original dishes from their new Executive Pastry Chef, Dyan Ng.
PABU is featured on the cover of March’s Baltimore Magazine, their choice as one of the top 50 restaurants in Baltimore as well as a featured article on the band of (chef) brothers. Since the restaurant’s temporary closing the end of January Chef Kim has been doing guest chef appearances here in Baltimore, San Francisco and is currently in Iceland.
Join the party Friday, March 7th or make your reservations for future dates for dining. Regular dining at PABU starts Saturday, March 8th.
