Fans have always thought, especially after Neal knew Captain Hook, that Neal/ Baelfire was also Peter Pan. On March 16 Carter Matt reports that ABC is currently casting for Peter Pan who won't appear until season three.
Spoiler alert: If you do not wish to know in advance what is going to happen on "Once Upon a Time" do not read further.
Specifically, ABC says that they are casting for a character named Felix who is the leader of a group of teenage boys. It's already been revealed through spoilers that "Once Upon a Time" is heading to the "Second Star to the Right" and "Straight on Til Morning" based on the two-part season two finale titles. Since someone is seemingly being cast as Pan himself, it stands to reason that Neal is likely one of the lost boys that left the group.
It sounds like there is plenty going on in Neverland that will give fans plenty to gossip about. Perhaps fans will get to meet Tinkerbell as everyone knows she is a big part of the whole Neverland story. It seems that it is now safe to say that the rumor about Neal also being Peter Pan can be squashed.
