On July 22, police in Wilmington arrested Carlos Perez-Dominguez, 30, after he reportedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy. Despite the great distance between Coastal Carolina and the Mexican border, the illegal alien has a history of arrests in New Hanover County.

Perez-Dominguez has been charged with indecent liberties with a child, child abuse, two counts of failure to appear on misdemeanor charges, and resist/delay/obstruct public officers. He is currently being held at the New Hanover County Jail on $1.4 million bond, as well as an immigration detainer.

Perez-Dominguez was actually deported less than a year ago, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)...

"ICE placed a detainer on Carlos Perez-Dominguez, a citizen of Mexico, with the Hanover County Jail following his arrest on local criminal charges. ICE previously removed Mr. Dominguez from the U.S. in December 2013...Any immigration enforcement action ICE takes in this case will follow the complete adjudication of his criminal charges, WNEM reported.

Perez-Dominguez's next court appearance is scheduled for August 14.

Due to President Obama's unwillingness to defend our border with Mexico, and the fact that every major city in North Carolina has implemented a 'sanctuary policy' shielding illegal aliens from deportation, the state seems to be now be awash in foreign sex criminals. The following is only a small sample of illegal aliens who have been charged within the last week with sex crimes in North Carolina (some of the suspects have been issued waivers under Obama's DACA or DREAM Act):

-Florencio Lopez Gomez

Unfortunately, the people of North Carolina are now suffering the inevitable outcome of the actions taken by unscrupulous business owners, corrupt Republican politicians whose vote is for sale to the highest bidder and liberal Democrats who truly believe that immigration to this country should be limitless. Of course, the sex crimes committed by those here illegally, is the ongoing dirty little secret that all of the aforementioned groups want to ignore at all costs, and with a willing mainstream national media...they are easily able to do so.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, only 40 percent of all sex crimes are ever reported. Given the fact that more than 1,500 such crimes have been committed by illegal aliens in the state of North Carolina in less than a year...the actual number of women and children being victimized by foreign criminals is staggering.

It is little wonder that the federal government has never kept official statistics on the number of crimes committed by illegal aliens.
