In less than 12 hours, fans across the world will finally find out what artists are on the initial lineup for Bonnaroo 2014 as the Bonnaroo Lineup Announcement Megathon, or BLAM! as it's being called, will be webcast on Bonnaroo.com and on Xbox through the Bonnaroo app from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Central time with a pre-show from 6-8 featuring song performances from past Bonnaroo performers.
We've been reporting on all of the biggest Bonnaroo rumors since they started way back in December, but on the day of BLAM!, it seems like a good time to collect the most persistent of these rumors percolating on social media and the always valuable contributors to the Inforoo Message Board to take a guess at some of the lineup.
There have been numerous artists tossed around as possible headliners for Bonnaroo 2014, but two have risen up to the top of the rumor mill, with several credible sources predicting them; Kanye West and Elton John. West would certainly be a controversial pick for Bonnaroo.
His last appearance during Bonnaroo 2008 saw him take the stage several hours late and then trade barbs online with Bonnaroo organizers. "Kanye Sucks!" is a slogan you can still see spray painted on fences throughout Centeroo and, while many fans are ready to forgive and let West have a chance to redeem himself, others are not ready to bury the hatchet.
The second major rumor is classic rock legend Elton John. We reported on the Elton John rumor back in December based on tour dates, a new album, and a persistent buzz on fan sites but since that time, John has outlasted other rumored headliners to the point that most fans consider him all but a lock for the second headliner spot.
The third Bonnaroo headliner has been more tricky. Certainly plenty of names have been floated around but no credible inside sources have given wind to any of them the way Elton John and Kanye West have been reported. The most popularly rumored third headline possibilities are Jack White, Foo Fighters, Outkast, Prince, and Widespread Panic.
For the past month and a half, Bonnaroo has been tantalizing and torturing fans with their Bonnaroo Lineup Clue game. This gives fans a chance to guess lineup artists based on clues given on Bonnaroo's Instagram page. Clue 2: Break Science
Clue 3: Chvrches. This is the most "solved" of the 12 clues.

BLAM! Performers and Hosts
Last year's BLAM! host and musical guests, Weird Al Yankovic and Portugal. The Man, were both on the Bonnaroo lineup and there's no reason not to think that this year's announced BLAM! acts won't be as well. If that's the case, you can pencil in Taran Killam and Hannibal Burress in as comedy acts and The Flaming Lips and Ben Folds as musical performers.
